What products do you offer?
We offer three types of products:

Made-to-Order Crochet Apparel – handcrafted items made for you at time of order
Ready-Made Crochet Apparel – pre-crafted pieces that ship out quickly
Do you accept custom requests?
Yes! For made-to-order items, you can request custom colours, sizing, or other modifications. For an even more customized experience, head over to our Custom Designs page where we can make any idea come to life.
What yarn and materials do you use?
We primarily use soft, high-quality yarns chosen for durability and comfort. Materials vary by design and are listed in each product description.
Digital Crochet Patterns
How do I receive my crochet pattern?
Patterns are delivered as instant digital downloads. After purchase, you’ll receive a link via email to download the PDF.
Do you offer refunds on digital patterns?
Because digital files cannot be returned, all pattern sales are final. If you run into any issues with a pattern, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I sell finished items made from your patterns?
Yes, small-batch handmade sales are allowed, as long as you credit Strawberry Hunnie as the pattern designer. Mass production is not permitted.
Made-to-Order Crochet Apparel
How long does it take for a made-to-order item to be created?
Production time varies by item and season but typically ranges from 1 to 4 weeks.
How do I take my measurements?
Detailed instructions on how to take your measurements and ensure the perfect fit can be found on our Measurements page.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Minor adjustments may be possible if requested within 48 hours. After that, your item may already be in progress. Adjustments may be requested after the 48-hour period but are not guaranteed.
Why do made-to-order items cost more than ready-made ones?
Each item is handcrafted from scratch, fitted to your size and preferences, and requires several hours of detailed crochet work.
Ready-Made Crochet Apparel
Are ready-made items one-of-a-kind?
Many are! Ready-made pieces are either unique samples or limited-edition designs, available only while supplies last.
When will my ready-made item ship?
Ready-made items ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We offer free, tracked shipping to Canada and the United States for all apparel orders. Delivery times vary by location. For delivery outside of Canada and the United States, email us at admin@strawberryhunnie.com and we’ll work to add a shipping option for you!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your region and the carrier.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely! Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Digital patterns: No returns.
Ready-made apparel: Returns and refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Made-to-order apparel: Because items are customized, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 72 hours with photos, and we’ll work together on a solution. Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Care Instructions
How should I wash my crochet apparel?
We recommend handwashing apparel in cool water and laying the item flat to air dry. Machine washing can cause stretching or damage.
